Yes, the security deposit is equal to the amount of the first month of rent. And yes, the entire deposit is refundable as long as the apartment is left in the condition it was when residents move-in.
Residents are responsible to pay their own utilities.
Apartments cannot be listed on short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO.

We are pleased to be a smoke-free community. All smoking is prohibited in all locations on the premises, including, but not limited to, apartments, patios, parking lots, garages, green spaces, and common areas.
We are a pet-friendly community with perks for your pet including a pet play area and pet care and washing facilities! Cats and dogs, age 12+ months and spayed or neutered are welcome.
